Abomination
11 And from the time that the regular burnt offering is taken away and the abomination that makes desolate is set up, there shall be 1,290 days. 12 Blessed is he who waits and arrives at the 1,335 days.

Abomination
The nations rage and the kingdoms totter. The abomination of desolation is set up in the most holy place. The enemies of God have no respect for place or name or person. They do not care that you are a child of God and they have no respect for the Word that has transformed you. These enemies will speak like the devil and attempt to trick the people of God with a lie. They will scoff and attack and make desolate the beautiful places of God. But they cannot steal the treasure. They cannot rob you of your faith. They cannot have what Jesus has won. He has triumphed over the abomination and has laid waste death and has crushed the devil. Those outcomes are already known. The cross of Jesus stands even as the world turns and the enemies of God attempt to destroy. They cannot have you because they are already destroyed. Thanks be to God. Jesus does all things well.
